Hello! My name is Maliah Larsen and I am currently a culinary student. This website originated with the idea to help me make it on the Forbes 30 Under 30 list. While that is still a dream I have, this website will serve as a portfolio of all my work. I am aspiring to be a private chef, and I hope to one day share this with clients. 1. What is your favorite thing to cook?

I don't have a favorite! I love experimenting with new recipies, and trying new foods. I will make anything and everything I can. 

2. What will you do if you can't be a private chef?

I have been looking into being a food stylist for magazines, movies, etc. Basically, they make the food look pretty!

3. Do you cook/bake a lot at home?

Contrary to popular belief, I don't cook much at home! After spending all day cooking at school, I get home and don't even want to look at the stove. Most times I eat whatever I have leftover from school.
